Tilapia salad

Ingredients

1 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned

Olive oil (1 tbsp)

1 tomato, diced

2 tilapia fillet

1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced

Chinese five-spice powder (1 ½ tsp)

Italian-style salad dressing (2 tbsp)

Ground black pepper and salt to taste

Toasted almonds (1 ½ tbsp), chopped

Baby spinach leaves (1 package or 8 ounce)

1 orange bell pepper, diced

Directions

Heat oil in a saucepan.

Splash tilapia fillets on both sides with black pepper, salt and Chinese five-spice powder and cook on each side for about 3 minutes in a saucepan until lightly brown.

Take large bowl, put in spinach leaves and top with avocado, tomato, grapefruit and orange bell pepper.

Moisten with dressing and splash with almonds.

Top with fillet just before serving.
